Craft Show Start Up: Turn a favorite craft or hobby into extra income in a one-day seminar. Cost $20; 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, March 28, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, April 24.
All Buttoned Up: The class will teach how to take buttons and create a bracelet and earrings. Materials provided but bring favorite buttons. Cost $20; 10 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 27 and April 2, 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 4.
Spanish for Travelers: Basics of the Spanish language. Cost $50; 6:30 to 9 p.m. Thursdays, April 4 to May 30.
Conversational French 2: Increase knowledge of phrases and vocabulary; for students who have already acquired basic French skills. Cost $50; from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Thursdays, April 4 to May 30.
Computer for Seniors: Learn basic computer skills, including the internet and email. Cost $55; 9 to 11 a.m. beginning Friday, April 5.
Hunter Safety: State-approved firearm course required for those who have never held a hunting license. Students must attend all sessions to complete the course. Cost $10 paid in advance; 6 to 9 p.m. April 10, 24 and 26.
Zumba: Combines exercise with high-energy cardio work and Latin-infused moves to create a calorie torching, strength training dance fitness party. Cost $60; April 23 to May 28.
Starting Your Small Business: Pre-business workshop includes discussion on the basic qualities of entrepreneurs, defining a business plan, basics of marketing and introduction to business financial planning. Cost $5; 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 23.
Beacon Hospice Volunteer Training: A 21-hour, seven-week class that will prepare participants to support patients and their families. Cost $5; 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. April 2 to May 21.
