FARMINGTON — The Franklin County Softball League is preparing for the season with signup sessions scheduled in area towns.
* Farmington: April 8 and 9, 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Mt. Blue High School cafeteria.
* Jay: March 26 and 28, 6 to 8 p.m. at the AYS Building.
* New Sharon: April 1and 2, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.at Cape Cod Hill School.
* Wilton: April 1 and 2, 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the Academy Hill School Gym.
A Skills and Drills Clinic will be held with two sessions available for all girls. The clinics are Saturdays, April 13 and 20, at the University of Maine at Farmington Beaver Dome. Ages 10 and under will gather from 9 to10:30 a.m; ages 11 and older from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
The cost is $5 per attendee and all proceeds will benefit the Franklin County Softball League.
