LEWISTON — SeniorsPlus will hold Savvy Caregiver training at several locations in Androscoggin, Franklin and Oxford counties.

The training will help those caring for a family member with dementia learn how to take care of themselves, reduce stress and communicate more easily with their loved one. This is a free six-week workshop, with each session lasting two hours. Preregistration is required. Call SeniorsPlus at 1-800-427-1241 to reserve a seat.

Following are the locations and times:

Lewiston: SeniorsPlus Education Center, 8 Falcon Road, Wednesdays starting April 17, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m, and Wednesdays starting July 10, 10 a.m. to noon.

South Paris: University of Maine Cooperative Extension, 9 Olsen Road, Mondays starting June 10, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Rangeley: Rangeley Town Office, 15 School St., Fridays starting June 7, 2 to 4 p.m.
