The following are to be arraigned on May 7 in 11th District Court:

* Kellie Bernard, 25, Rumford, 11th District Court warrant charging failure to appear on charge of operating after suspension, 12:57 p.m. April 8 on Washington Street. She was released on $250 cash bail.

* Jason Kehrer, 35, violation of bail, 11:37 a.m. April 4 on Prospect Avenue. He was released on $500 cash bail.
