SALEM TOWNSHIP — A local man is accused of discharging a shotgun during a dispute Monday.
State police Trooper Keith Barton issued a summons to Jack Komisarek, 64, on Tuesday on a misdemeanor charge of reckless conduct with a firearm, Sgt. Jeffrey Beach said.
Barton issued a summons to a 15-year-old Salem Township boy on Monday on misdemeanor charges of domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal mischief for damage done to the house, he said.
A juvenile corrections caseworker will review the boy’s case.
Beach previously said Barton and Franklin County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a domestic dispute at the home on Monday morning, also involving a report of someone shooting a firearm outside the home.
