* Cedric A. Bean, 31, of Paris, April 29, possession of scheduled drug, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Michael J. Lowe, 43, of Paris, April 29, violation of bail condition, Paris Police Department.

* Jonathan D. Cummings, 43, of Paris, April 30, operating under the influence and operating after suspension, Paris Police Department.

* Zachary L. Holtorf, 24, of Canton, April 30, failure to pay fines, assault, aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child, Maine State Police.
