BOWDOIN — Alfred (Chummy) and Jeannine Lacharite of Bowdoin celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with family and friends at the Elks Lodge in Lewiston on April 20. Mrs. Lacharite is the former Jeannine Pratt.

The party was hosted by their children: John Lacharite of Bath, Lisa Parechanian and her husband, Gary, of Scarborough, Vikki Toothaker and her husband, Marty, of Bath, and Jay Lacharite and his wife, Sara, of Litchfield, and six grandchildren.
