Grange to hold inside yard sale

WILTON — Wilson Grange 321, East Wilton, will continue its annual Inside-the-Grange Yard Sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 1, rain or shine. There are still lots of items from toys to furniture, and there will be goodies for sale.

Proceeds help keep the building open for community service activities and suppers. The Grange is located on Main Street across from Shelly’s Market.

Seniors adjourn for summer

LIVERMORE FALLS — The Tri-Town Seniors held their last meeting of the season on May 20 at Murray Hall with 27 present. A barbecue was held with hamburgers, hot dogs and all the fixings.

President Fernande Doiron announced the next season starts at noon Monday, Sept. 9, with a covered-dish lunch.

The new officers given a final vote were Joyce Richard, assistant treasurer, and Jacquie Mercier, secretary. Theresa Bilodeau accepted the position on the board of directors.

The 50/50 was won by George Doiron. President Doiron wished all a good summer.

Following the meal and short meeting, Louise Parker entertained with music and sing along.

Program on Chesterville mounds

FARMINGTON — Farmington Grange will host a program on the mounds in Chesterville at a program on Saturday, June 1. The session will begin at 7 p.m. at the Grange, 124 Bridge St., West Farmington.
