LEWISTON — SeniorsPlus has announced free Savvy Caregiver 1 training scheduled this summer in Androscoggin, Franklin and Oxford counties.

The training will help caregivers learn how to take care of themselves and reduce stress and also communicate more easily with loved ones to make days better.

This is a six-week workshop, with each session lasting two hours. Following are the upcoming locations and times:

Lewiston: SeniorsPlus Education Center, 8 Falcon Road, 10 a.m. to noon on Wednesdays, starting July 10.

Rangeley: Town Office, 15 School St., 2 to 4 p.m. Fridays, starting June 7.

South Paris: University of Maine Cooperative Extension, 9 Olsen Road, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Mondays, starting June 10.
