DIXFIELD — Mr. and Mrs. Richard Donahue of Dixfield are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Nicole Donahue, to Jonathan Merrill, son of James Merrill and the late Janice Merrill of Hallowell.
The future bride is a graduate of Dirigo High School. She is also a 2006 graduate of the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a 2010 graduate of Purdue University with a master’s degree in nursing. She works as a pediatric nurse practitioner at Waterville Pediatrics in Waterville.
The future bridegroom is also a graduate of Dirigo High School and attended Central Maine Community College. He is a woodworker at Thos. Moser Cabinetmakers in Auburn.
An October wedding is planned at Black Mountain of Maine in Rumford.
