RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Dorilla E. Richard was celebrated on Saturday at Parish of the Holy Savior. The Rev. Antonio Amato was the celebrant. Bernard Poirier was the altar server. Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “J’irai la voir un jour,” “Amazing Grace,” “Ave Maria” and “Fly Like a Bird.” The Old Testament was proclaimed by great-niece Carly Ryan. The New Testament was proclaimed by Debbie Murphy. Prayer of the faithful was offered by Debbie Murphy. Offertory gifts were presented by Brittany Aylward and Melanie Gonzalez. Personal reflections were shared by great-niece Natalie Aylward. Interment was in St. John Cemetery. A reception served by the Daughters of Isabella was in the parish hall.
