LEWISTON — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Therese L. Ouellette was celebrated Monday by the Rev. Aaron D’Ambois at Holy Cross Church of the Prince of Peace Parish. At the beginning of Mass, Terri’s daughters, Jeanne Ouellette and Louise Sinclair draped their mother’s casket with a white burial pall signifying Terri’s baptism into a new spiritual life with God. The offertory gifts were brought to the altar by Terri’s granddaughter, Patty Weymeth and her husband, Bob. Words of remembrance were shared by Patty Weymeth at the end of Mass. Following a procession to St. Peter’s Cemetery, Father D’Ambois recited committal prayers then all were invited to a reception of fellowship at the Chick-A-Dee Restaurant. Arrangements by Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home.
