LISBON FALLS — In April the Lisbon Falls Christian Academy participated in the 2013 Northeast Regional Student Convention in Schroon Lake, New York. LFCA was awarded second place in academics and second place honors in music. Also, Jessica Newendyke came in first place and Emma Gumprecht placed third in the Communication and Potential Leadership Award.
More than 200 students from New York and New England competed in the areas of academics, music, platform, exhibits and athletics. Students were awarded individual medals for the first six places.
