* Kevin Scott Heikkinen, 25, of Oxford, failure to appear, 8:19 p.m. June 25, in Oxford by Oxford Police Department.

* Robert Francis Skeffington, 65, of Peru, violation of bail condition, 5:22 p.m. June 25 in Peru by Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Todd C. Thompson, 32, of Stow, domestic assault and obstructing a report of a crime, 1:30 p.m. June 25, in Lovell by Maine State Police.
