NEW GLOUCESTER — The Taste of New Gloucester will showcase and celebrate the town’s diverse local food economy from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 27.
Maine food expert Ken Morse will moderate a discussion on local food entrepreneurship, featuring panelists Mike Thompson, Anne McCormack, Sam Coggeshall and Krista Desjarlais. The owners and operators of local farms and businesses will discuss their enterprises and share free samples.
The event will also feature live music by The Haoles, Rich Lambert and Thomas Gurney. It will be held at the Thompson’s Orchard Gazebo, 276 Gloucester Hill Road. Donations will be accepted.
The Taste of New Gloucester is sponsored by the New Gloucester Economic Development Committee as part of its Fourth Annual Business Forum.
