- Rumford Hospital recently recognized its HEROES 2013. HEROES are nominated by their fellow employees and approved by administration. There is one employee each from nursing, nonnursing hospital employee, provider and practice employee. HEROES stands for Healthcare Employees Reaching Out with Exceptional Service. Employees selected for HEROES distinction demonstrate integrity, compassion, citizenship, service excellence and commitment.
