CARIBOU (AP) — Warm weather that’s taken hold over New England led to a new record in northern Maine.
The National Weather Service says the temperature climbed to 91 degrees Sunday in Caribou, breaking the old record of 90 degrees that had stood since 1943.
The region is in for a stretch of continued sunny, warm weather with daily highs in the 80s for entire state for most of the coming week.
