BANGOR (AP) — A Bangor aviation-services company says it’s planning a $5 million facility expansion that will result in an additional 50 to 70 jobs.
C&L Aerospace announced Thursday that it plans to spend $1.8 million to upgrade its 17,000-square-foot hangar into an aircraft paint facility and another $3 million in facility and maintenance hangar upgrades.
CEO Chris Kilgour says the expansion will turn the company into a one-stop service center for aircraft owners.
C&L Aerospace provides services to the commercial and military aviation sectors.
