1924 – 2013
ZEPHYR HILLS, Fla. — Gerald R. Gosselin, 88, recently of Zephyr Hills, Fla., passed away on Friday, June 28.
He was born in Auburn on July 22, 1924, the son of Edward Gosselin and Ida Leclair Gosselin, and graduated from Edward Little High School in the Class of 1943.
Gerald served in the Army Air Corps during World War II and met his beloved wife, Rejane Lussier, in a correspondence during that time.
In 65 years of marriage, they raised four children together, and enjoyed welcoming many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They were able to enjoy traveling, finally settling down to becoming snowbirds.
Besides his wife, Gerald is survived by his three daughters, Sandra Boland, Elaine Cornwall and Ann Gosselin; and his son, Gregg Gosselin. He was very proud of his nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
