NORWAY — The Norway Arts Festival’s 46th annual Sidewalk Art Show competition winners have been announced.

Best in Show : Lori Austill, “Untitled Encaustic Painting.”

Two-Dimensional Art: first, Pam Morra, “Still Life with Pitcher”; second,  Julieanne Reed, “Bird in Tree.”

Photography: first, Lee Margolin; second, Thayden Farrington, “Howe Brook.”

Three Dimensional: Timothy Pelletier, “High Heel Clock.”

Jurors’ Honorable Mention Certificates: Anne Bernard, encaustic painting; Michael Mowatt, concrete tables, sinks, garden artworks; Liz Evans, figurative painting.

People’s Choice Award: Blanchard Art, given a special flag flown over the Capitol in Washington, D.C., in honor of the Norway Arts Festival with special sentiments from Sen. Susan Collins and delivered by Carlene M. Tremblay.

Christina Twitchell, president of Western Maine Art Group, awarded the prizes on July 13.
