LISBON FALLS —   Nick Gannon, Lisbon High School assistant principal and activities director, has named Michelle Barker as the new fall cheering coach at the high school.

Barker is the assistant branch manager for Bath Savings Institution in Freeport.

“I have worked in a school system prior to my career in banking and I am excited to return to Lisbon as a parent and as a coach,” said Barker.

Gannon has scheduled Barker for practice with the cheering squad from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, Aug. 19 to 23, on the front lawn of the school campus, 2 Sugg Drive.
