- Rumford resident Faye Philbrick prepares food at the Rumford Senior Center on Monday morning. The center holds public lunches from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every other Monday, according to center President Barbara Morse, who was also helping Philbrick prepare food for residents.
