PHILLIPS — A Franklin County deputy has issued a local man a summons on a misdemeanor charge of indecent conduct, Lt. David Rackliffe said Friday.

Myron Hoyt, 70, is accused of parading around in a short skirt and high heels in his yard that faces Route 142, with the skirt allowing a public view of his genitalia, Rackliffe said. He is also accused of fondling himself within public view, he said.

Deputy Kevin Hartley and Cpl. Nate Reid charged Hoyt on Wednesday.

He is scheduled to appear in a Farmington court on Oct. 16.
