Golf scramble for Twin City Titans
The Twin City Titans Youth Hockey will hold its first golf scramble at Prospect Hill Golf Course, 694 South Main St. Auburn, Maine on Sept. 15.
Registration begins at 11:00 a.m., with a Shotgun start at beginning at noon. There will be a continental breakfast. Your cost to participate is only $65 per player or $260 per team. Prizes will be awarded for first-place teams with best gross and net scores.

Umpire meetings
The Andy Valley ASA Umpire’s Association will hold its final meeting of the year Wednesday Sept. 4 at 7:30 p.m. at the Lewiston Armory. Election of officers for the 2014 season will be on the agenda as well as information regarding the upcoming fall softball league. There will also be discussion and follow up to the 2013 recreational leagues in Lewiston and Auburn.
