The annual Nursing Home Picnic at the Otisfield Community Hall was put on by the East Otisfield Free Baptist Church on Sept. 19. Residents of Country Village Assisted Living in Casco and Norway Rehabilitation and Living Center attended, along with their support caregivers. Townspeople and church members supplied hot dogs, hamburgers, beans, salads and desserts. The grills were manned by Dave Watson and Jean Jalbert. Helpers and servers were Callie Zilinsky, Ann Watson, Kathy Lothrop, Jean Pottle, Priscilla Delehanty, Pat Heintz, Frank Blauvelt, Karen Blauvelt, Ethel Turner, Caroline Currier and the Rev. Genise Stern. Music was provided by Art Rogers, Kack Bean and Betty DeCoteau.
