1929 – 2013

AUBURN —  Joan Bragdon Strout of Lamoine, died Thursday, Oct. 3, in Auburn.

She was born in Augusta, June 25, 1929 and was a homemaker, teacher, conservationist, potter and painter. She was loved by many.

She is survived by her daughters, Mary Pignata of Rocklin, Calif. and Elizabeth Walters of Gardiner; sons, William A. Flynt and John B. Flynt of Poland; nine grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
