Nursing interns will lead health and wellness sessions on Thursday mornings, Oct. 17 and 24.
On Oct. 16 at 11:30, Tisha Bremner returns to lead her relaxing class called “AHHH.” This gentle class offers seated stretches and a guided relaxation.
The monthly bingo will be held on Tuesday morning, Oct. 29. The August birthday party is set for Friday morning, Oct. 25. A clothing give-away will be held the morning of Friday, Oct. 11. The annual Halloween pumpkin carving and party will be on the 31st.
At 12:30 on Oct. 8 Alison will teach her class on making melt-and-pour soap, and on the 22nd Betty will teach a new class on making household cleaning solutions. Come learn these cheaper options to store bought items, and take samples home.
