PORTLAND — Twins, Mariah Lynn Chagnon, 20 hours old, and Brent Joshua Chagnon, 42 hours old, went to Heaven in the arms of the angels; Mariah on Saturday, Oct. 5, and Brent on Sunday, Oct. 6, at Maine Medical Center, following complications from premature births.
They were born in Portland on Friday, Oct. 4, the daughter and son of Jessica McIntosh and Evan Chagnon.
They are survived by their mother, Jessica McIntosh, their father, Evan Chagnon, and brother, Brayden McIntosh, all of Livermore Falls; grandfather, Stewart McIntosh and his companion, Heidi Barker, of Leeds; grandmother, Darlene McIntosh, and great-grandmother, Evelyn Bird, both of Plattsburgh, N.Y.; great-grandfather, Robin McIntosh of Ottawa, Ontario; great-aunt, Heather McIntosh Yam and her husband, Frank Yam, of Manotick, Ontario; grandfather, Robert R. Chagnon and his companion, Paula LaCount, of Mooers, N.Y.; grandmother, Jan M. Chagnon of Livermore Falls; uncle, Cory Favreau of Plattsburgh, N.Y.; and great-grandmother, Thereasa Favreau and companion, Donald Perry, of Beekmantown, N.Y.
They were predeceased by their great-grandmother, Helen McIntosh; and their brother, Joshua Stewart McIntosh.
