* Donald Gregory Giusti, 33, of 113 Shawmut St. on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass, 4:45 a.m. Wednesday at 72 Walnut St.

* Vehicles driven by Melissa N. Lessard, 26, of Auburn and Victoria J. Thornton, 47, of Lewiston collided, 5:13 p.m. Saturday on Washington Street. Damage to Lessard’s 2009 Subaru and to Thornton’s 2013 Jeep SUV was listed as functional.

Lewiston

* A vehicle driven by Trevor R. Campbell, 46, of Lewiston backed into a low concrete wall, 3:10 a.m. Wednesday on Mill Street. Damage to the 2012 Ford SUV driven by Campbell and owned by the Lewiston Police Department was listed as functional.
