LEWISTON — Patricia J. Petruska, 46, of Poland, died Tuesday, Oct. 8, at Central Maine Medical Center.
She was born at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland, on Nov. 12, 1966, the daughter of Joseph and Laurette Meville Petruska. She was a C.N.A. and C.R.M.A., employed by the John F. Murphy Homes and local nursing homes.
She loved to gamble and go to casinos. Patricia loved taking care of people; she would give the shirt off her back to help someone.
She is survived by two sons, Chad Michael House and Jason Joseph House; two brothers, Joe Petruska and Don Petruska; two sisters, Debbie Bolduc and Sandy Petruska; her significant other, Daniel Crocker; a special friend, Deanne Jacques; several nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
