RUMFORD — Girl Scouts will offer an American Heart adult/child and infant CPR and first aid training opportunity to all area girls in grades 5-12 in the River Valley area.

Babysitters can enhance babysitting skills by becoming first aid/CPR trained. Girl Scout volunteers Gail True and Andrea Bedard will provide American Heartsaver Adult/Child & Infant CPR and First Aid certification training on Wednesday, Nov. 16.

The cost is $6. Space is limited. Preregistration along with payment is necessary by Nov. 9. First registrations received along with accompanying payment will be placed into the class. Once the class is full, girls will be contacted and placed on a wait list if desired.
