WILTON — Timothy and Betty Suitter of Hodgdon are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica Nicole Suitter of Wilton, to Stephen Earl Milligan Jr. of Wilton, son of Stephen and Janet Milligan of Morrilton, Ark.
The future bride is a 2003 graduate of the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She received her master’s degree and CAS in school psychology from Towson University in 2006. She currently works as a school psychologist for MSAD 74 and MSAD 58.
The future bridegroom is a 2004 graduate of the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in new media. He currently works as the director of technology for the Maine Arts Commission.
The wedding will be held on Nov. 2 in Houlton.
