STRONG — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department has issued an arrest warrant for a Chesterville man accused of assaulting a resident of Strong.

Police are looking for Caleb Hupper, 23, Sheriff Scott Nichols Sr. said Monday.

Cpl. Christopher Chase and Deputy Colt Sleaster investigated an assault that occurred at 4 a.m. Sunday on River Street in Strong, he said. Hupper assaulted one man and threatened another, he said.
