BANGOR — The University of Maine System Board of Trustees will meet at the University of Maine at Farmington on Sunday and Monday, Nov. 17 and 18.

At the meeting, trustees will take action on a proposed new doctoral program in communications at UMaine, policy changes, facilities-related items, as well as a resolution to endorse international student recruitment efforts across the state.

In addition, the system’s annual audited financial report will be reviewed.
