Seniors Thanksgiving dinner

RANGELEY — The annual Senior Citizens Thanksgiving dinner will be held at noon Sunday, Nov. 24, at Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, 2614 Main St.

There is no charge at the door; a basket will be passed. The dinner is open to the public.

Menu will be turkey with all the trimmings, apple and pumpkin pies.

There will be door prizes. For more information, call 864-5583.

Turkey bingo at American Legion

WILTON — A turkey bingo will take place at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, at the American Legion Hall, 350 Main St.

Masons sponsor Thanksgiving meal

FARMINGTON —  A free traditional Thanksgiving dinner, sponsored by the Scottish Rite Masons of Augusta Valley, will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 28, at the Mt. Blue High School food court. Everyone is welcome.

Reservations must be made for meals to be delivered and take-outs. Members would appreciate a call from those eating the dinner at the food court also. Call Gerry Gilman at 649-5449 or Nancy Lake at 491-4287 by Monday, Nov. 25.

KC, Daughters honor deceased members

JAY —  Daughters of Isabella 677 and the Knights of Columbus 320 of St. Rose of Lima in Jay held a Mass for deceased members on Nov. 8. The Rev. Thomas Lequin performed the Mass with co-celebrant, the Rev. Jim Martel.

After the Mass the Knights and Daughters held a turkey diner with all the fixings. After the dinner, a Chinese auction was held, with prizes supplied by those who attended the Mass and supper.
