* Dawn Joyce Lewis, 33, of 586 Pleasant St., Lewiston, on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and theft by deception, 6:58 p.m. Tuesday at Walmart on Mount Auburn Avenue.

* Corwin D. Kittredge, 22, of 7 Spruce Lane, Whitefield, on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release, 8:42 p.m. Tuesday at Hannaford, 95 Spring St.

Androscoggin County

* John Destrini, 42, of 18 Bryant Terrace, Mechanic Falls, arrested by Mechanic Falls police on a warrant, 7:45 p.m. Tuesday at that address.

* Nicole Schidzig, 31, of 46 Fourth St., Auburn, arrested by the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency on charges of aggravated trafficking in heroin and aggravated trafficking in oxycodone, 9:33 p.m. Tuesday at that address.

* Eric Galarneau, 28, of 46 Fourth St., Auburn, arrested by the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency on a charge of unlawful possession of heroin, 9:47 p.m. Tuesday at that address.

Accidents

Auburn

* Vehicles driven by Daniel Kewitt, 22, of Lewiston, and Brian M. Gallagher, 64, of Minot, collided at 3:42 p.m. Monday at Stevens Mill and Garfield roads. According to a police report, Kewitt’s car swiped Gallagher’s SUV, plowed through a traffic sign and stopped on a lawn in front of a home near the intersection. Kewitt’s 2007 Hyundai was towed. Damage to Gallagher’s 2014 was listed as minor.
