AUBURN —L/A Community Little Theatre is preparing for its 75th season and is asking the public to submit ideas on shows they would like to see staged.

Each year, a group of CLT’s directors, producers and board members meet to discuss all the options of potential musicals, dramas and comedies that are available for performances by community theaters. This year, the selection committee will be headed by Celeste Philippon, the current chair of artistic development for the organization.

The performances selected by the committee will run from September 2014 through August 2015.

Ideas can be submitted directly to [email protected]

“Our goal for this year’s selection committee is to really create a Wow! season for the community as our 75th season is a significant milestone for the organization,” said Philippon.

“It is also our goal to increase the number of active show directors by continuing to provide a robust director apprentice program. This effort will be important as we continue to deliver high quality performances in the future. We currently have three individuals being mentored through the process,” she said.
