The Senior Program of Lisbon Recreation, Sunshine Hill Seniors, recently took a trip to Amish country in Lancaster, Pa. The group learned a lot of the history of the Amish and Mennonites. The Lisbon Krazy Kwilters were on the trip and found lots of fabric at great prices. By far, the highlight for the group was attending the Sight and Sound Theater to see “Noah,” where members are pictured above. The next trip is scheduled for June 21-26, 2014 to the Island of Coudres, Quebec, Canada. The price of the trip is $649 and includes coach bus, 11 meals, five nights, tours and tips.
