STEUBEN — The local fire department, as well as fire departments from Cherryfield and Milbridge, responded to a structural fire at 12 Smeal Lane, according to Washington County dispatchers.
At 9:30 a.m. Saturday, only the Steuben fire department was still on the scene, cleaning up the area, a dispatcher said.
