The TD Charitable Foundation, the charitable giving arm of TD Bank, recently donated a total of $12,000 to Community Concepts to help the agency, the city of Lewiston and other stakeholders develop a housing plan for Lewiston’s downtown residential neighborhood after the city’s new strategic plan is published.
