LEWISTON — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Frances Krason was celebrated by the Rev. Marc Caron on Monday, Dec. 30, at the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul of the Prince of Peace Parish, following prayers at the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home.

At the beginning of Mass, Frances’ two grandnieces, Deanna Jolin and Shannon Klemanski, placed the white burial pall on their aunt’s casket, which symbolizes Frances’ baptism into a new spiritual life with God.

Graveside committal prayers will be held at Mt. Hope Cemetery on May 7, time to be announced. Pallbearers were Devon and Nicholas Klemanski, Mike Houston, Zach Hall, Jomoy Manners and Mark Jolin.
