LEWISTON — A Memorial Mass honoring the life of Huguette G. Marquis was celebrated on Friday, Jan. 3, at the Holy Cross Church following prayers at the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home. The Rev. Aaron Damboise celebrated the Mass and recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery. During the Mass, the offertory was brought to the altar by granddaughters, Kayla Young and Jamie Marquis. Words of remembrance were expressed by grandsons, Daniel Marquis and Chad Bussiere. The pallbearers were grandsons, Daniel Marquis, Keith and Chad Bussiere, and Eric and Ryan Picard. A reception of fellowship was held at the Carriage House following the committal services at the cemetery. Arrangements by the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home in Lewiston.
