FARMINGTON — Farmington Recreation Department will begin offering an after-school program starting Monday, Jan. 6.
Children in Mallett School, grades kindergarten through three, can use the facilities in the Community Center on Middle Street from 3 to 4:45 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays. Kindergarteners must have an adult supervisor.
Hours for students in grades four to six at Cascade Brook School will be from 3 to 4:45 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Middle School and high school students in grades seven to 12 can use the gym from 2 to 3 p.m. and the recreation room from 3 to 4 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. On Fridays, they can attend the after-school program from 2 to 4:45 p.m.
Space in the after-school program may be limited, so those interested are asked to call 778-3464 for more information.
