* Vehicles driven by Philip D. Dyer, 64, of Naples and Mark Merrill, 45, of Brunswick collided, 8:09 a.m. Tuesday on Academy Street. Damage to the 2013 Chevrolet driven by Dyer and owned by Enterprise of Windham and the 2003 Chevrolet pickup truck driven by Merrill and owned by Icon Connections of Lewiston was listed as functional.
