LEWISTON — The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce, 415 Lisbon St., will host a free seminar regarding identity theft from noon to 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 4.
Identity theft happens when someone steals someone else’s personal information and uses it without permission. It is a serious crime that can wreak havoc with a person’s finances, credit history and reputation, and can take time, money and patience to resolve.
The presenter will be Joline Dumond, a licensed professional investigator in the state of Maine. She is the owner and CEO of Corporate Intelligence.
