STANDISH (AP) — The Sebago Lake Ice Fishing Derby continues for another day, but a Lewiston man had reason to celebrate earlier.
WMTW-TV reports that Steve Lothrop on Saturday landed the biggest fish ever caught for the event. His lake trout measured 39 3/8 inches and weighed 22.42 pounds.
The ice fishing weigh stations are open until 5 p.m. Sunday.
