LEWISTON — Lewiston Variety II and Joey’s Pizza, Subs and More, 88 Russell St., will hold a grand opening ceremony from 2 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 18.
The event will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring an appearance by Gov. Paul LePage. The governor will arrive between 3 and 3:30 p.m. A special appearance from the mayor of Lewiston is also planned.
There will be giveaways all day, including free coffee and samples of fare from Joey’s menu.

Located at the former Russell Street Variety, Lewiston Variety II specializes in all-natural products, from natural beef jerky, to granola bars, to non-GMO milk.
Joey’s is a takeout deli, sandwich and pizza shop, offering everything from the classic ham Italian to a chicken bacon ranch sub.
