LEWISTON — A local woman was injured Tuesday evening when she was struck by a car on Woodville Road.

Lisa Robichaud, 42, of Woodville Road was taken to St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center with apparently nonlife-threatening injuries, police Lt. David St. Pierre said. She complained of head and neck pain, he said.

He identified the driver as Allysa Thomas, 23, also of Woodville Road, who was driving a 2009 Toyota Corolla. The car’s windshield was broken and the hood was dented.

The accident occurred at about 7 p.m. near 3 Woodville Road.
