RUMFORD — The president of the board of directors of Oxford County Mental Health Services, Maurice Porter, announces that Stephanie LeBlanc, LCSW, will be the next executive director of OCMHS. LeBlanc was selected following an extensive search process earlier this year.

The current executive director, Ron McHugh, LMSW, will be retiring in June after being with OCMHS since September 2000.

LeBlanc is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine and the University of New England. She is the manager of adult clinical services with Tri-County Mental Health Services.

OCMHS employs 65 people and provides crisis response, psychiatry, out-patient, case management, in-patient crisis stabilization, in-home support, the Beacon House Social Club and in-patient long term care services throughout Oxford County from its offices in Rumford and South Paris.
