PARIS — Nomination papers for two selectmen, two school directors and two utility district trustees are available at the Town Office. All are for three-year terms.

The deadline for filing them is April 25. According to Town Clerk Elizabeth Knox, a minimum of 25 valid signatures is required to qualify as candidates.

The election is scheduled for June 10.

Selectmen Chairman Bob Kirchherr has announced he does not intend to run for re-election, concentrating instead on a run for a seat in the Maine House of Representatives.

Selectman Ryan Lorrain said Wednesday he is leaning toward a bid for re-election to a second term, but has not made a firm decision.
